 Athletic strength, also known as powerlifting, is a strength sport consisting of three movements: squat, bench press and deadlift. The aim is to lift the heaviest possible load in each exercise, combining technique, power and body control. Accessible to all, this discipline not only strengthens the body, but also mental discipline and self-confidence through personalized progression.

Weightlifting is an Olympic strength sport that involves lifting maximum loads overhead in two technical movements: the snatch and the clean and jerk. Wrestling is a combat sport in which two opponents confront each other using techniques of projection, control and immobilization, without recourse to blows or weapons. It demands strength, strategy and agility. There are three Olympic styles: Greco-Roman wrestling, freestyle wrestling and women’s wrestling. Each year (except in Olympic years), world and continental championships are organized for each of these styles.
